Nathanael (Than) joined VCC in 1998 when he gave a ride to a friend who wanted to visit and felt at home enough himself to stay. He is married Anna Schulte and together they are passionate about foster care and adoption. They have 5 fun kids: 3 boys and 2 girls. Than also loves movies, music, and songwriting; He plays guitar on our worship team.

Than has been leading worship on and off at VCC since 1999. He feels passionate about writing songs that help others engage with Jesus honestly. He and Anna also co-lead the Friday Evening CoEd home group where they encourage authentic relationships and prayer.
