We are a Senior-Pastor-led church, led by our full-time, Lead Pastor, David Stark. He receives counsel on directional and operational decisions for the church from his Pastoral Council, comprised of 2 staff pastors (including himself) and 2 volunteer leaders.

The VCC Board is comprised of our Lead Pastor, David Stark, and two volunteer leaders. They make financial and legal decisions for the church.

Our teaching team decides and plans our Sunday teaching series.
