Pilates and Prayer
Ladies, join Shea Brasier for a Pilates and Prayer group. Shea has been working on her certification to be a pilates instructor and is leading this group to help care for our bodies and our souls. The first hour will be pilates (a low impact fitness routine) and the second hour will be praying for one another. Please let us know if you are interested.
First meeting: Sept 17 at 6:30pm
- 1st and 3rd Wednesdays
- 6:30 - 8:30pm
- At VCC
- Open to any women in the church regardless of fitness level.
